Description Meissen Hausmalerei Coffee-Pot and Cover Circa 1735, blue crossed sword mark, gilder’s 114., the decoration of slightly later date. With wishbone handle, the baluster pot and domed cover molded with fruiting vine later enriched in colors, painted in sepia beneath the rocaille-molded spout with a putto in a landscape vignette (cracked three-quarters across the bottom, rim chips to cover, some wear to gilt rims) 9 in. high
