French 19th Century Iridescence Mother of Pearl and Lace Fan. It accompanied by three lovely roundel painted "Watteau" scenes of couples in a romantic landscape. The sticks are hand carved Mother of Pearl, and sparkle through the delicate lace. It is signed on the middle scene. The fan was incased in a wooden gilt frame with glass.
